Series

On a rerun of Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Rachel has to evaluate Tag's work and Phoebe learns how to ride a bike. Sandra Bernhard guests as herself on a rerun of Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC). CSI (9 p.m., CBS) reruns the one where Grissom and Catherine investigate a series of bombings, while Nick manages to become a murder suspect. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) reports on a 1999 fire in a Worcester, Mass., warehouse that killed six firefighters. A.J. Benza, the host of E!'s irresistibly cheesy celebrity death series "Mysteries and Scandals," gets his own weekly talk show, A.J. After Hours (10 p.m., E!). The show is modeled on Hugh Hefner's legendary "Playboy After Dark"; Benza's first guests are Heath Ledger, Joey McIntyre, Luther Vandross and a bunch of underwear models.

Specials

The AFI Tribute to Barbra Streisand (8 p.m., Fox) is a two-hour gala (taped last February) in which Babs receives the American Film Institute's Life Achievement Award and basks in tributes from Shirley MacLaine, Warren Beatty, Dustin Hoffman, Elizabeth Taylor and, of course, Bill Clinton. A quaint artifact of a bygone era.

Sports

Stanley Cup Championship:
Avalanche at Devils, Game 3 (8 p.m., ABC)

Talk

Rosie O'Donnell (syndicated) Allison Janney, Kristin Chenoweth
David Letterman (CBS) Renée Zellweger, Stephen Malkmus (rerun)
Jay Leno (NBC) Jennifer Aniston, Ricky Martin with Christina Aguilera (rerun)
Politically Incorrect (ABC) Rob Schneider, Julie Foudy
Conan O'Brien (NBC) Harrison Ford, Caroline Rhea (rerun)
Craig Kilborn (CBS) Merv Griffin, Psychedelic Furs (rerun)

All times Eastern unless noted.
