Although Kelly Ripa didn't land her dream co-host Anderson Cooper, she did find one who can literally sweep her off her feet. Michael Strahan, the former Giants defensive end and current analyst on Fox NFL Sunday, made his debut on "Live! With Kelly" this morning, lifting Ripa up with a huge bear hug and red roses as he entered the stage.
Strahan beat out stars like Neil Patrick Harris, Alec Baldwin and Jerry Seinfeld, probably because he was willing to do what no one else was: strip onstage and dance in front of the master stripper, Channing Tatum. Of predecessor Regis Philbin, Strahan said, "I am in awe of him."
