The Senate Foreign Relations Committee (FRC) approved a resolution giving President Barack Obama the authority to use military force in Syria Wednesday by a 10-7 vote.

The resolution permits a missile campaign no longer than 90 days (60 with a possible 30 day extension).

The resolution will now go to the full Senate, where it will be debated and voted on next week.
