Whenever corresponding with Salon about a problem please send us the exact URL for the page you were on when you encountered a problem, let us know what page you were trying to get to and tell us which browser and operating system you are using.

For problems with your Premium account please check our help page for answers to common questions or use it to contact our Premium Help team.

General Site Problems
If you are experiencing general technical problems with the Salon site please write to help@salon.com with a description of the problem. Please also tell us which browser and operating system you're using so that we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
