"The Hills" are alive, with the sound of whiny rich girls! Incredibly enough, one of the most deeply stupid, tedious shows in the history of television is back for its third season tonight (premieres 10 p.m. EDT on MTV). Yes, that means L.C. will regale us with more mumbling, eye-rolling, shrugging and "whatever"-ing -- you know, all those fine talents that made her a star in the first place. For those with serious global concerns on their minds, there's "Bush's War" (9 p.m. on PBS), Frontline's two-part series on the most deeply stupid, tedious war in the history of the world. Yes, that means President Bush will regale us with more mumbling, chuckling, shrugging and "whatever"-ing -- you know, all those fine talents that made him president in the first place.

The spring season of "Greek" premieres at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC Family, while "The Big Bang Theory" airs at 8 p.m. on CBS. Someone goes to the dentist (for gold teeth?) on "Flavor of Love 3" (9 p.m. on VH1). And the sepia-toned make-believe world of "CSI: Miami" returns at 10 p.m. on CBS, while Jessi is featured on "High School Confidential" (10 p.m. on WE).
