Work Out

Bravo / Vivian Zink

We never really understood "Work Out" (10 p.m. EDT on Bravo) until Jackie and the female trainers left on a lesbian cruise and total chaos ensued. Now we're sort of wondering if they shouldn't just rename the show "Lesbian Cruise" and skip the gym altogether.

Also…

On the PBS doc series "Carrier," when the USS Nimitz arrives in the Persian Gulf, some of the pilots are disappointed that they don't get to drop bombs, but one pilot has mixed feelings about the whole mission (9 p.m. EDT on PBS, check listings). Then the crime-solving lady friends of "Women's Murder Club" are back at 10 p.m. on ABC, while on "The Alaska Experiment" the groups struggle to survive in the Alaskan wilderness (10 p.m. on Discovery).
