Weekend Update: "Blackness Scale"
Here's a portion from this weekend's SNL Weekend Update where Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, two former presidential hopefuls, explain where Barack Obama (who officially announced his candidacy for president on Sunday, by the way) rates on their blackness scale. Thing we're wondering is, Darrell Hammond has been doing his Jackson impression on SNL for 12 seasons, yet makeup seems fundamentally unable to make him look any blacker than Gabe Kaplan.
