How does an angelic, round-cheeked 18-year-old who could pass as a pre-adolescent prepare for her debut on "Glee"? Why, by getting Botox and an anti-aging skin-tightening procedure.

Filipino singer Charice Pempengco says she underwent the 30-minute procedure "to look fresh on camera" and make her "naturally round face" appear narrower. She explained, "All people will be anticipating how will Charice look? Is she good enough to pit against Rachel Berry? So of course there is tremendous pressure." Berry, by the way, is a fictional high schooler on the show played by a 23-year-old actress.

Here we have an actual teenager getting Botox to compete with a 20-something on a TV series about high school. On so many fronts, there's just nothing like Hollywood's version of teenagedom to make the real thing look like a freaking breeze.
