A top-level intelligence report made public Tuesday warns of more terrorist attacks inside the United States.
On Tuesday, Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell made public the latest National Intelligence Estimate, which warns that al-Qaida "continues to plan high-impact plots" and "will intensify its efforts" to strike inside the United States.
