			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>WASHINGTON (AP) — Supporters of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney plan a campaign fundraiser for him Thursday in Hong Kong as U.S.-China trade friction becomes an issue in the White House race.</p><p>Romney supporters already have raised more than $385,000 for him in Hong Kong, a world financial center that has been administered by China since Britain turned it over in 1997.</p><p>Romney accuses China's government of trade, currency and intellectual property abuses, and says President Barack Obama has failed to confront Chinese officials as the abuses worsened.</p><p>Obama supporters say the administration has stood up to China and accuse Romney's former firm, Bain Capital, of aiding the shift of American jobs to China.</p><p><a href="http://www.salon.com/2012/09/26/romney_fundraiser_planned_thursday_in_hong_kong/">Continue Reading...</a></p>]]></content:encoded>

		<description><![CDATA[Bank: Names, account numbers and contact information for tens of thousands of customers viewed]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Citigroup Inc. said Thursday that hackers accessed the credit card information of tens of thousands of its North American customers.</p><p>The bank said it recently discovered during routine monitoring that account information for about 1 percent of customers was viewed.</p><p>Citi has more than 21 million credit card customers in North America, according to its 2010 annual report. The New York-based bank didn't say exactly how many accounts were breached.</p><p>The hackers were able to gain access to Citi's Account Online service to view customer names, their account numbers and contact information including email addresses.</p><p>They weren't able to gain access to social security numbers, birth dates, card expiry dates or card security codes.</p><p><a href="http://www.salon.com/2011/06/09/as_citigroup_data_breach/">Continue Reading...</a></p>]]></content:encoded>
