Sarah "The Duchess of Diets" Ferguson is profiled on a new Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E). Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the one where Faith makes a man out of Xander. On a new King of the Hill (8 p.m., Fox), Bobby's overindulgence at an all-you-can-eat church dinner (the kid needs help!) once again leads to disaster. Mary Tyler Moore provides the voice of Arlen's new minister. On Futurama (8:30 p.m., Fox), Fry and Leela risk their lives to save Bender after he goes on a bender on a planet of human-hating robots. Felicity (9 p.m., WB) finally has a new episode, in which we (and Noel) learn whether Felicity did it with Eli. On NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC), ex-cop Mike Roberts is in trouble again and looking for a favor from Sipowicz.

Private eye Jim Rockford (James Garner) is back on the case in the new TV movie The Rockford Files: If It Bleeds ... It Leads (9 p.m., CBS), in which an old pal (Hal Linden) is tarred in the media as a pedophile. Kyra Sedgwick hosts Confronting the Crisis: Childcare in America (10 p.m., Lifetime), a look at the problems working parents face, in contrast to those in countries where the government provides free child care.
