On the season finale of The Hughleys (8:30 p.m., ABC), Hughley is stunned by loyal employee Milsap's (John Henton) announcement that he's leaving the company. The Planet Express crew races to head off a "trash-teroid" of 20th century garbage from slamming into New New York City on Futurama (8:30 p.m., Fox). Jon Stewart guests on Spin City (9 p.m., ABC) as Mike's broker. Ben faces expulsion (and worse) over his gambling debts on Felicity (9 p.m., WB). Frontline (check local times, PBS) presents "Give War a Chance," a look at supporters and opponents of military intervention in Kosovo among leaders in the military and government. Sipowicz and Sorenson try to keep their cool as the case against Cullinan goes to court on NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).
