Friends (8 p.m., NBC) ends its season with an hour-long finale in which everybody ends up in Vegas, and there may or may not be a wedding (or two). Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) also ends its season with a one-hour episode, but frankly, it's hard to care. On the season wrap of ER (10 p.m., NBC), Benton gets some upsetting news from Carla, Weaver finds an abandoned baby,
Corday tries to clarify things with Greene and Carter's high school student returns as a patient.

Specials

After his last attempt to jump the Grand Canyon was snowed out, Robbie Knievel (8 p.m., Fox) is back in the saddle for another shot.
A fine May sweeps bonbon from the dependable folks at Fox. Pamela Anderson Lee and Damon Wayans host the World Music Awards (8 p.m., ABC), a cheese fest from Monaco featuring performances from Cher, Ricky Martin, Britney Spears and Lauryn Hill. Angela Lansbury sleuths again in the new TV movie The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax (9 p.m., CBS), a comedy-mystery about a widow who decides to pursue her lifelong dream of being a secret agent. More public service from Fox: Busted Everywhere (9 p.m., Fox) unveils a new batch of surveillance camera and home video footage of people doing the darndest things.
