King of the Hill (8 p.m., Fox) reruns the 1998 one-hour cliffhanger finale, in which Hank loses his job after the Mega Lo Mart adds a propane department, and then plots to get even. 3rd Rock From the Sun (8 p.m., NBC) reruns the episodes featuring Laurie Metcalf as Dick's annoying new office mate. A second episode airs at 9:30. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the one where Faith makes a man out of Xander. Thurgood's blood pressure medicine has an unexpected side effect on a rerun of The PJs (9 p.m., Fox). Metallica gets the Behind the Music (9 p.m., VH1) treatment. Frontline (check local times, PBS) looks at advances in treating infertility. A football player exposes himself to Natalie during an interview on a very serious rerun of Sports Night (9 p.m., ABC). Jimmy Smits returns on a rerun of NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC); it's the beginning of the end for Simone. P.O.V. (Check local times, PBS) presents "The Legacy: Murder and Media, Politics and Prisons," Michael J. Moore's documentary about the passage and aftermath of California's "three strikes" law against repeat offenders. Includes interviews with Mike Reynolds and Marc Klaas, fathers of girls whose murders inspired public outcry for the law, but who have opposing opinions about its effectiveness.

The "America Undercover" special, Juror Number 5: 58 Days of Duty on the O.J. Simpson Civil Trial (10 p.m., HBO) is a one-woman show written and performed by Deena Mullen, who served as a juror on "Trial of the Century Lite." Somewhere, Kato Kaelin is green with envy.
