Punk rock arrives on That '70s Show (8 p.m., Fox), and not a moment too soon. Doug has trouble confronting his new neighbors over their barking dog on a rerun of The King of Queens (8:30 p.m., CBS). Behind the Music (9 p.m., VH1) goes behind the velvet rope for a look at Studio 54. On a rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Ray and Robert still bear the psychological scars of Frank's disturbing bedtime stories. Road Rules (10 p.m., MTV) begins a new season with six cast members boarding a ship as part of the University of Pittsburgh's "Semester at Sea" program. Doesn't have much to do with roads, but -- whatever.

Specials

The new four-part cable miniseries The Count of Monte Cristo (8 p.m., Bravo) stars Gerard Depardieu as Alexander Dumas' wronged hero Edmond Dantes. In case you missed it Sunday, there's another airing of the cable movie Pirates of Silicon Valley (11 p.m., TNT), starring Noah Wyle as Steve Jobs and Anthony Michael Hall as Bill Gates.
