Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E) has a new profile of Hayley Mills, the idol of every woman who was a little girl in the early '60s. On a rerun of Felicity (9 p.m., WB), Felicity and Ben are robbed. There's also a Halloween party to contend with. Inside Story (9 p.m. EDT. 10 PDT, A&E) looks at the lives of "Gangsta Girls," four young members of female gangs in Los Angeles. On a rerun of NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC), the failing Simone awaits a donor heart. BIOrhythm (10:30 p.m., MTV) begins a new season with a profile of Brandy. P.O.V. (Check local times, PBS) presents "In My Corner," Ricki Stern's documentary about Junior Olympics boxing hopefuls.

Specials

The kids' series "Happily Ever After" kicks off a season of feminist fairy tales with Tama Janowitz's 'The Three Little Pigs' (8 p.m., HBO), in which girl pigs confront body image and eating issues. Courteney Cox, Tyra Banks and Loretta Lynn provide the voices, and, no, I am not making this up. In Part 2 of the miniseries The Count of Monte Cristo (8 p.m., Bravo), the escaped Dantes meets his former fiancie. Gerard Depardieu and Ornella Muti star.
