Friends (8 p.m., NBC) reruns the one where Joey dates Punky Brewster (well, the actress who played her) and Chandler and Monica don't see eye to eye on the "m" word. Unexplained (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) gets up close and personal with fetishists. Mystery! (Check local times, PBS) -- yeah, like you're going to watch "Mystery!" when a a dominatrix and a guy who likes to lick women's shoes are on the other channel -- reruns "Touching Evil," starring PBS hunk of the moment Robson Green as a weary British serial crimes cop. Behind the Music (9 p.m., VH1) repeats its profile of Leif Garrett. On a rerun of The PJs (9:30 p.m., Fox), Thurgood tries to get HUD to give the building a new security door. Doug Ross seals his fate on a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC) when he disobeys Greene's order and prescribes experimental pain medication to a dying boy.
