Friends (8 p.m., NBC) reruns the one where Joey dates Punky Brewster (well, the actress who played her) and Chandler and Monica don't see eye to eye on the "m" word. Behind the Music (9 p.m., VH1) repeats its profile of Leif Garrett. On a rerun of The PJs (9:30 p.m., Fox), Thurgood tries to get HUD to give the building a new security door.
