Dawson turns into a mean drunk at his birthday party on a rerun of Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB). On a rerun of The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), Drew's dog undergoes clinical trials for a new doggie medication at the shady DrugCo. Repeats of The Sopranos (9 p.m., HBO) continue with Tony hiring a dirty cop (John Heard) to spy on Dr. Melfi, and Tony and Uncle Junior making separate takeover plans.

The humble tube steak takes center stage in the documentary A Hot Dog Program (check local times, PBS). CBS is rerunning Shania Twain's Winter Break (8 p.m., CBS), in which Twain performs with Elton John and the Backstreet Boys from Miami, where it's never winter. Well-bred canines from around the globe compete for fabulous prizes and college scholarships in The World Dog Show (9 p.m., USA), from Mexico City. OK, fabulous prizes and new squeaky toys.
