On a rerun of Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Ross moves in with Chandler and Joey, and Rachel makes a fool of herself over Danny. Thurgood and Muriel move on up to the penthouse apartment on a rerun of The PJs (9:30 p.m., Fox). ER (10 p.m., NBC) repeats Part One of George Clooney's swan song, in which Doug's unauthorized actions on behalf of a dying boy have devastating consequences. On Vanished (10 p.m., ABC), Diane Sawyer interviews Stephen Fagan, who kidnapped his daughters in 1978 and told them their mother was dead.
