Uncle Junior lets power go to his head by taxing Hesh's business (at the "suggestion" of Livia) on this week's rerun of The Sopranos (9 p.m., HBO). Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) concludes "Inside LAX" with a hectic look at Los Angeles International Airport on the busiest travel day of the year. Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC) has a timely rerun in which McCoy tries to hold a white supremacist leader responsible for a murder committed by one of his followers. The Barry Levinson-Tom Fontana prison drama Oz (10 p.m., HBO) opens its third season. Beecher and O'Reilly both swear vengeance on Schillinger, and a new female guard joins the staff.

The 1996 fantasy Dragonheart (8 p.m., Fox) stars Dennis Quaid as a knight who teams with a dragon (voice of Sean Connery) to topple a nasty king. Also starring Julie Christie and David Thewlis. The new TV movie Dead Man's Curve (9 p.m., USA) is a darkly comical thriller about two college students whose scheme to get into Harvard grad school goes awry. Matthew Lillard, Michael Vartan and Keri "Felicity" Russell star. The documentary The Great Balloon Race (check local times, PBS) chronicles recent attempts to circumnavigate the Earth by balloon, including this year's successful try by Dr. Bertrand Piccard of Switzerland and Britain's Brian Jones.
