Coverage of the Kennedy-Bessette tragedy continues on the newsmags Fox Files (9 p.m., Fox), 60 Minutes II (9 p.m., CBS) and 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS). P.O.V. (Check local times, PBS) presents the documentary "School Prayer: A Community at War," Ben Crane and Slawomir Grunberg's look at one Mississippi mother's lonely crusade to preserve the separation of church and state. The Dick and Paula Celebrity Special (10 p.m., FX) is the latest animated series from the producers of "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist." Married talk-show hosts Dick and Paula, a kind of small-time Regis and Kathie Lee, welcome an assortment of strange guests, including time-traveling historical figures.
