On a rerun of Norm (8:30 p.m., ABC), Laurie quits to make a point, which is bad for Norm, because now he has to do actual work. The Sopranos (9 p.m., HBO) reruns the one where a rap star demands that Hesh make reparations for stolen royalty payments, and Christophers girlfriend breaks into the music biz. On a rerun of Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC), Carmichael goes after two doctors for criminal negligent homicide.
