In case you were wondering when the broadcast networks were going to get in on wrestlemania, here's WWF Smackdown (8 p.m., UPN), a new weekly two-hour series. On a rerun of Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Rachel and Monica take steps to prevent Ross from falling into Emily's clutches, while the guys go on patrol with Phoebe's boyfriend the cop. ER (10 p.m., NBC) reruns the one where Jeanie is seemingly healed by a minister and Carter takes an inner-city honors student under his wing. Nightline in Prime Time (10 p.m., ABC) has a cheery "Brave New World" episode that ponders the odds of mankind becoming extinct due to a catastrophic event.
