The new sitcom The Parkers (8:30 p.m., UPN) is a "Moesha" spinoff about a single mother and daughter going to college together. Mo'Nique and Countess Vaughn star. Ally worries about her birthday and Billy and Georgia work together on an age discrimination case on a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) repeats the one where Ray and Debra spend an emotionally exhausting weekend in Vermont. On a bonus rerun of The King of Queens (9:30 p.m., CBS), Doug and Carrie want to have a baby, but then again, they don't. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) updates past segments on missing children.

Allison Anders' 1996 drama Grace of My Heart (9 p.m., VH1) is the story of a Carole King-like songwriter and her struggle for success in the music biz in the '60s. With Illeana Douglas, John Turturro, Matt Dillon and Bridget Fonda and the Elvis Costello-Burt Bacharach song "God Give Me Strength."
