Series

On a rerun of The X-Files (9 p.m. Sun., Fox), Skinner comes down with a life-threatening heart condition, and it's not because he's been eating too many fatty foods. Miranda discovers that she likes it rough on Sex and the City (9 p.m. Sun., HBO). A Ron Howard profile kicks off "Child Stars" week on Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, Mon., A&E). Thanks (8:30 p.m. Mon., CBS) celebrates the first Thanksgiving. On a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m. Mon., Fox), Billy and Georgia see a therapist (guest Rosie O'Donnell) and Nelle defends a law firm that denied partnership to a female lawyer who had a baby. Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m. Mon., CBS) repeats the one where Robert and his girlfriend unwittingly give the neighbors a peep show.

Specials

Leon Gast's award-winning 1996 documentary When We Were Kings (9 p.m. Sat., NBC), about the 1974 "Rumble in the Jungle" fight between heavyweight champion George Foreman and challenger Muhammad Ali, has its network TV premiere. Warren Beatty isn't a politician (yet) but he plays one in Bulworth (9 p.m. Sat., HBO). Kenneth Branagh's 1996 version of Hamlet (8 p.m. Sun., TNT) stars Branagh in the title role and features an all-star cast, including Kate Winslet, Julie Christie, Jack Lemmon and Robin Williams. Labor Day is here and that can only mean one thing -- Jerry! The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon (check local times and channels, Sun. and Mon.) features appearances by Cher, Shania Twain, Martha Stewart, Lucy Lawless, Jason Alexander, Tom Petty, Sheryl Crow and, of course, Norm Crosby. The TV movie ATF (9 p.m. Mon., ABC) was shot as the pilot for a potential drama series, but ABC passed. Here it is anyway. Amy Brenneman ("NYPD Blue" and the upcoming "Judging Amy") and Kathy Baker ("Picket Fences") star as agents for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
