Matt Lauer hosts the new series Headliners and Legends (10 p.m., MSNBC), in which he profiles celebrities and newsmakers, living and dead. Yes, it's another "A&E Biography" knockoff. First subject: singer Martha Reeves. On Family Law (10 p.m., CBS), Lynn represents a couple suing their doctor for failing to tell them their child would be born with Down syndrome.
