Doug has a painful stapler accident on The King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS). On 7th Heaven (8 p.m., WB), a parishioner seeks Eric's counsel about her fianci's sexism. Stabler and Benson investigate the case of a teen model found beaten and dumped in front of a hospital on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (9 p.m., NBC). Bebe Neuwirth guests. Frank develops a gambling habit on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) offers "To Russia for Love: Mail Order Brides," a look at a booming business catering to American men who prefer foreign wives. On Family Law (10 p.m., CBS), Lynn takes on the case of a white woman trying to gain sole custody of her children because their father is teaching them to hate black people.
