Ray and Debra hit a snag while drawing up their wills on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) -- they can't decide who should get custody of the kids. Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) spotlights celebrities who have claimed to have had extraterrestrial encounters. Speaking of spiders from Mars, David Bowie performs and chats on a new VH1 Storytellers (10 p.m., VH1).
