Isabel invades Maria's dreams to see if she can keep the aliens' secret on Roswell (9 p.m., WB). The newsmag True Life (10 p.m., MTV) listens in as teens talk to doctors about sexual problems. The documentary Because It's a Lonely World (10 p.m., Bravo) chronicles the recording of the 1998 Elvis Costello-Burt Bacharach collaboration "Painted From Memory."
