Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) finally does a spoof of PBS's "Antiques Roadshow" (what took them so long?). An appraisal of a family heirloom suggests that the Cranes may have royal ancestry. On ER (10 p.m., NBC), Weaver discovers the truth about Dr. Lawrence, and Jeannie makes a surprising announcement.
