The Sweepstakes is brought to you by Salon Internet, Inc. ("Salon.com") and Niebam-Coppola, Inc. ("the Sponsors").
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is offered only within the 50 United States. Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. No purchase necessary to enter.
How to Enter:
Participants must enter the name and e-mail address. All submissions, whether postal or electronic, must be received by 11:59 P.M. PDT on Jan. 10, 2000.

Sweepstake Details:
Twice a week we will select a two different vendors from our list of participants in Salon.com's 1999 Holiday Gift Guide. Salon.com will award a $100.00 gift certificate to be spent at the selected vendor. The Gift Certificates must be spent at the designated vendor, and must be redeemed on-line. Two winners will be selected at random per week.

Many of the items are not for retail purchase and impossible to specify a cost. The total value of the retail products is $3,000. The total value of the non-retail items is $20,000, making the total value of the Grand Prize approximately $23,000.
ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and cannot be redeemed for cash, bartered or sold. Winners will be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 14 days of notification.

Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due entries;
(ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted;
(iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind a rising inconnection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or
