On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), Daphne confronts Niles about his feelings for her, which puts a crimp in Frasier's meticulous holiday party planning. Sick Santas show up at the hospital en masse, and Carter runs a guns-for-gifts exchange program on the holiday episode of ER (10 p.m., NBC). 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) takes another look at the "Class of 2000" with a show about high school seniors overcoming obstacles. Julian Lennon is interviewed on 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC).
