Grace is consumed with jealousy when she learns that Will might father a child for a friend on Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC). When will this girl give it up? Frontline (check local times, PBS) reruns "The Survival of Saddam," a report on how Saddam Hussein rose to power and maintains his grip on Iraq. On NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC), Diane and Jill go after a female teacher suspected of having an affair with an underage student, while Danny and Andy investigate the brutal slaying of a gay man.
