Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) takes his father to the opera on Valentine's Day; naturally, some new friends think they're gay. A gun battle in the hospital leaves a series regular dead on ER (10 p.m., NBC). 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) revisits the story of Brandon Teena, subject of the movie "Boys Don't Cry."
