On Family Law (10 p.m., CBS), Rex defends an elderly woman accused of drug smuggling and Danni defends a friend accused of kidnapping. Once and Again (10 p.m., ABC) returns to ABC's schedule with a new episode; Lily faces yet another crisis when her father (guest Paul Mazursky) is hospitalized.
