Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) reruns the "Antiques Roadshow" episode -- again. And if you can't get enough of Kelsey Grammer, he shows up on Stark Raving Mad (9:30 p.m., NBC) as a writing teacher who doesn't care for Ian's work. ER (10 p.m., NBC) repeats one of the Alan Alda episodes (his character's behavior is starting to raise suspicions about his health). 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) has a report on American women working as prostitutes in Amsterdam. Film Threat Weekly writer Chris Gore heads up The New Movie Show (10:30 p.m., FX), a weekly panel discussion about new movie releases that not only includes critics, but regular folk as well. The music discussion show The List (11 p.m., VH1) has an intriguing topic -- "Best Male Singer of All Time" -- and some intriguing panelists, namely Charisma Carpenter of "Angel," Allison Janney of "The West Wing" and Alex Kingston of "ER."
