A con man threatens to blow Joe's cover on Falcone (10 p.m., CBS). Lyla goes before the review board to explain her misdiagnosis of a patient who later murdered five people on Wonderland (10 p.m., ABC). On ER (10 p.m., NBC), a pregnant woman needs a kidney transplant, but it would endanger her baby. Plus, Mitch Pileggi ("The X-Files") guests as a guy with a case of road rage.

Specials

Diana Ross hosts the NAACP Image Awards (8 p.m., Fox), which includes a tribute to Steven Spielberg for promoting social justice through his movies. Other honorees include Halle Berry, Smokey Robinson and Earth, Wind and Fire. Malcolm McDowell narrates Faces of Evil (10 p.m., TNT), a rundown of Satan's greatest hits through the ages.
