Series

NBC tortures us with a rerun of the pilot of Daddio (8:30 p.m., NBC), starring Michael Chiklis as a burly, Motown-oldie-singing stay-at-home dad. Even better news -- "Daddio" is on NBC's schedule for the fall! Filmmaker Harmony Korine ("Gummo," "Kids") tries to explain what it is he does on Conversations in World Cinema (9 p.m., Sundance Channel). (It was filmed before "Kids" star Justin Pierce's suicide.) On a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC), Kovac proves he's a can-do guy by rushing a young hit-and-run victim to the ER in a commandeered plumbing truck. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) revisits a favorite topic, new ways to lose weight.

Specials

Jackie Chan and Michelle Yeoh open up a can of whup-ass in the Hong Kong actioner Supercop (8 p.m., Fox).

Baseball:
Braves at Orioles (7:30 p.m., TBS)
