Jordan and Mega face their day of reckoning as one is voted out of the house by viewers on Big Brother (8 p.m., CBS). TV Moms Week continues on Biography (8 p.m., A&E) with a profile of Diahann Carroll, the first African-American actress to star in a sitcom ("Julia"). Carter returns to work after the attack on a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC). 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) reruns a report on prostitutes.



The Emmy nominations (8:30 a.m. ET/5:30 a.m. PT) are announced on the morning shows and E! In case you missed the first showing, there's an encore of When It Was a Game III (8 p.m., HBO), the latest in the series of baseball documentaries chronicling the glory days of the sport. This one looks at the 1960s.
