Series

Boys against girls? Everybody against Richard? The suspense mounts as Survivor (8 p.m., CBS) heads into the home stretch. The next two candidates for banishment are nominated on Big Brother (9 p.m., CBS). Oh, please, let one of them be Brittany, please, please, please ... Meanwhile, on American High (9 p.m., Fox), Morgan has trouble learning the dance steps for the school show, Kiwi misses a key field goal in front of college scouts and Allie's parents' divorce is making it hard for her to concentrate on school. In back-to-back reruns of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), an embarrassing memo is leaked, Josh is smitten with a deaf campaign strategist (guest Marlee Matlin) and Bartlet makes two nominations that could affect campaign finance reform. The new series Live Through This (10 p.m., MTV) premieres and, no, it's not about Courtney Love. It's MTV's first original hour-long drama series, about a fictional rock band who take their teenagers along on a reunion tour.
