Series

Survivor (8 p.m., CBS) winds up tonight with a two-hour finale in which Rich, Rudy, Sue and Kelly face their day of reckoning. Two castaways will be voted off the island and then the last two survivors have to present their case to the jury of the damned. After the show, Bryant Gumbel hosts Survivor: The Reunion (10 p.m., CBS), featuring all 16 cast members, plus B'wana Jeff, in a dirt-dishing session filled with recriminations and threats (maybe). If you don't give a damn about any of this, you're pretty much out of luck tonight, because the other networks are locking up early and going home. NBC has a two-hour rerun of a Law & Order: Special Victims Unit/Law & Order crossover (9 p.m., NBC). The Sopranos (10 p.m., HBO) repeats the one where Tony throws an engagement party for lovebirds Janice and Richie.

Specials

Fox counters "Survivor" with a rerun of the movie Star Trek Generations (8 p.m., Fox). Director Kevin Smith ("Dogma") hosts Exposures: A Tribute to "Star Wars" (10 p.m. ET/7 PT, Sci-Fi Channel). The special features Joe Nussbaum's buzz-heavy Internet-launched short film "George Lucas in Love" (a parody of "Shakespeare in Love") and the TV premiere of Lucas's "Freiheit," a film he made while a student at USC.

Sports

Baseball:
Little League World Series (U.S. West vs. U.S. Central, 8 p.m., ESPN2)

David Letterman (CBS) Wyclef Jean
Jay Leno (NBC) The Rock, Amanda Peet, Lucy Pearl
Politically Incorrect (ABC) Presidential candidate John Hagelin
Conan O'Brien (NBC) Heather Graham, Dido (rerun)
