On the season premiere of Felicity (9 p.m., WB), our girl abandons her plans to room with Elena and Julie and instead rents a Brooklyn dump for herself and Ben. The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC) kicks off season six, while Norm (9:30 p.m., ABC) surprisingly makes it to season three. American Masters (10 p.m., PBS, check local times) presents "Mailer on Mailer," a 90-minute autobiography of the combustible writer.
