Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (8 p.m., ABC) debuts its new Wednesday broadcast. How much of Regis Philbin is too much? The new Aaron Spelling campfest Titans (8 p.m., NBC) takes us back to the glory days of cheesily "glamorous" nighttime soaps. Yasmine Bleeth, Jack Wagner, Perry King and Victoria Principal head the cast in this serial about members of a wealthy family playing musical beds in Beverly Hills. Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB) begins its fourth season with Joey and Pacey facing the music. The long-awaited assassination attempt cliffhanger gets resolved on the two-hour season opener of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC). On the season premiere of Felicity (9 p.m., WB), our girl abandons her plans to room with Elena and Julie and instead rents a Brooklyn dump for herself and Ben. The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC) kicks off season six, while Norm (9:30 p.m., ABC) surprisingly makes it to season three. American Masters (10 p.m., PBS, check local times) presents "Mailer on Mailer," a 90-minute autobiography of the combustible writer.

Yee-haw! The Country Music Association Awards (8 p.m., CBS) honors the year's best from Nashville and beyond. Vince Gill hosts. Performers include Brad Paisley, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, the Dixie Chicks, Lonestar and SheDaisy.
