Aptly named new sitcom Cursed (8:30 p.m., NBC) makes its belated debut. Steven Weber stars in a show that has been rewritten and reconceptualized so many times, it's hard to say what exactly it's about. He's a single guy who thinks a date may have put a curse on him. The great Chris Elliott costars. On Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC), Grace's new design intern (Natasha Lyonne) idolizes Karen. On ER (10 p.m., NBC), Carter befriends a kid with a disability, and a surgeon shortage causes some tense moments in the O.R.
