Definitely stupid, possibly evil

That's what Democrats think of me since I dared to disagree with them.

On Nov. 8, the day after Election Day, King Kaufman wrote in Salon that he'd voted for Ralph Nader and he wasn't sorry about it, "even if it puts that clown from Texas in the White House."

Since then, Kaufman's e-mail in box has been bursting with letters from Nader backers as well as supporters of Al Gore. The dominant theme of the notes from Democrats seems to be "If you disagree with me, it must be because of a lack of intelligence on your part."

Kaufman begs to differ.
