Have a holly, jolly Christmas: The venerable holiday special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (8 p.m., CBS) has its annual airing. The three-part documentary Brooklyn North Homicide Squad (10 p.m., Court TV) goes on the job with detectives from the real NYPD.
