Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the one with Dracula. On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), the doc angers Roz when he befriends her rotten ex (guest Gary Cole). Angel has a strong sense of dij` vu when he investigates strange goings-on in an abandoned hotel on a repeat of Angel (9 p.m., WB). On Judging Amy (10 p.m., CBS), Amy hears a case involving a young girl whose parents are planning to marry her off to a fellow cult member. Anorexic Jessie goes to a therapist (show co-creator Edward Zwick) on Once and Again (10 p.m., ABC).

Specials

All the usual suspects -- Britney, 'N Sync, Faith, Ricky -- perform from Vegas on the Billboard Music Awards (8 p.m., Fox). Have a holly, jolly Christmas: The venerable holiday special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (8 p.m., CBS) has its annual airing. The three-part documentary Brooklyn North Homicide Squad (10 p.m., Court TV) goes on the job with detectives from the real NYPD.
