Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) reruns the one where Ray tries to louse up Robert's good fortune. On 100 Centre Street (9 p.m., A&E), Legal Aid lawyer Ramon Rodriguez (Manny Perez) lets sex get in the way of his job, with tragic results. The daughter of the hospital's psychiatry chief commits suicide on Cherry's watch on Gideon's Crossing (10 p.m., ABC).

Specials

Count Basie, Billie Holiday and Coleman Hawkins take center stage for tonight's episode of Jazz (9 p.m., PBS, check local listings). The new cable movie What Makes a Family (9 p.m., Lifetime) stars Brooke Shields as a lesbian fighting for custody of her daughter after her partner (Cherry Jones) dies. It's followed by the documentary All Kinds of Families (11 p.m., Lifetime), which profiles gay and lesbian parents, including the real-life couple the movie was based on.
