The new series Making the TV Show (10:30 p.m., MTV) goes behind the scenes on hit series. First up: "That '70s Show." Turn Ben Stein On (11 p.m., Comedy Central) begins a new season with guest D.L. Hughley.
Those of you who just can't cope with the Alec Baldwin-Kim Basinger breakup can find comfort in a showing of The Getaway (9 p.m., USA), made in happier times back in 1994. The rest of us can find comfort in the fact that Baldwin and Basinger won't be making any more lame movies together.
