Carol and Bonnie fight over the bowling alley lawyer on Ed (8 p.m., NBC). On Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB), Pacey and Joey have the perfect opportunity to hook up on the class ski trip, but do they? The White House is besieged with national and personal crises on the night of Bartlet's State of the Union address on a new West Wing (9 p.m., NBC). The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC) pulls a sweeps stunt in which Drew falls into a coma and experiences the afterlife. Surprisingly, it's a lot like Temptation Island (9 p.m., Fox). It's a rehab reunion when Jason Priestley visits Charlie Sheen on Spin City (9:30 p.m., ABC). Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC) grapples with the case of a teenager who commits capital murder. Lily gets some attention from the new guy at the office on Once & Again (10 p.m., ABC).

The new TV movie Jewel (9 p.m., CBS) stars Farrah Fawcett as a woman in 1940s Mississippi who refuses to institutionalize her mentally challenged daughter.
