On Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox), therapists (Rhea Perlman, Fred Willard) give Ally doubts about Larry, who's back in town. Marie brings Robert's Italian girlfriend to America in hopes that they'll get married on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Come and knock on my door ... Three's Company (10 p.m., Nickelodeon) returns to the Nick at Nite lineup. On Cold Feet (10 p.m., Bravo), Adam is reeling from Rachel's decision to have an abortion, and Jenny gets restless.
