Anthony Edwards guests as Larry's rock-star brother on The Weber Show (8:30 p.m., NBC). On Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC), Will finds himself the object of unwanted attraction, while Grace has eyes for Karen's nephew.

Jackie Chan plays a Hong Kong cop in New York in the 1994 hit Rumble in the Bronx (8 p.m., Fox). The coal miner's daughter has had her share of hit records and she sings most of them on Loretta Lynn: Live by Request (9 p.m., A&E).
